Property blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island among the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this recent photograph release seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and includes a notes section identifying different sections of the estate.
In addition to this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including plans for dock shelters.
More materials made public as part of the continuing oversight disclosure.
