The British boxer is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight-round fight which will be broadcast in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua said he will "stamp all over" the American and "overpower" his opponent as the two fighters met personally to build hype for the upcoming boxing match.
Former twice world heavyweight champion Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a mammoth mismatch - at Miami's venue on December 19th.
Boxer's Mentality
"I will damage his features and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, stated.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I will seriously aim to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Civil Interaction
In spite of these statements, a relaxed Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - normally known for his theatrics - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul rather criticized ex Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and called him "not serious" after the Cameroonian declined a fight offer.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, at the same time, targeted British opponent Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul is better than Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua commented.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Opponent
In spite of saying he intends to damage his opponent, Joshua refused to speak negatively about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he stated.
Jake Paul's History
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has primarily fought MMA fighters or faded names since becoming pro.
He was defeated by British fighter Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
Nevertheless, the novice remains one of boxing's greatest money-making draws, regularly earning substantial earnings.
Forecast and Belief
The 28-year-old forecast a stoppage in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would derail the much-anticipated Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly in the works for 2026.
"The next fight will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul said.
Size Disparity
As Joshua and Paul participated in the customary stare-down, with their size difference evident, it highlighted just how surprising this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the match is actually happening.
